About us
Al Barq Real Estate is an independent real-estate agency whose sole specialty is the Emirate of Ajman. We are not a listings site or a branch of a large platform that treats Ajman as a secondary market — we are a local team working on the ground since around 2003, and we decided to turn our experience into the deepest real-estate knowledge base about the emirate: real numbers with their sources, impartial comparisons, and decision tools no one else offers for Ajman.
The price and yield figures across the site come primarily from the Bayut Ajman Annual Report 2025 and official bodies, with the source cited beneath each table. Last reviewed: July 2026.

Every price, yield or fee we publish has a stated source and date. Anything we haven't yet verified we explicitly label 'being verified' — and never present as fact.

We compare every developer's projects by the same criteria. No paid ranking distorts the comparisons, and no project's flaws are hidden because its developer advertises with us.

Ajman is not an 'extra market' on our list — it is our only specialty. Our office is in Mushairif Center, and our team knows the emirate's areas street by street.
From the ground to the platform
Our story
Our work in the Ajman property market began around 2003 — before the emirate even knew freehold ownership. We lived through its major shifts one by one: the opening of freehold to non-nationals by Amiri Decrees 7 and 8 of 2008, the rise of family-villa areas such as Al Yasmeen and Al Zahya, the emergence of the Al Zorah and Corniche waterfronts, and the successive waves of off-plan sales.
From our office in Mushairif Center we watched thousands of families and investors make their decisions on incomplete, translated or biased information. So we decided to build what we always wished existed: a platform that combines more than twenty years of experience on the ground with verified data and comparisons that flatter no one — in the market's first language, Arabic.
